Carina Robberts
With almost two decades of experience working in the world of HR, Carina has a breadth of experience providing solutions to her clients.
Carina obtained her BCom degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria and has worked at length with large and small organisations in various stages of their business cycles. She has held senior level HR positions, developing HR strategy, leading and managing organisational development projects, introducing initiatives to improve morale, and dealing with complex staffing issues. Carina is passionate about HR, adding value to businesses of all sizes. Her approach is proactive in evolving people plans to align with the aims and goals of the organization.
Isa Vorster
Isa started her career in HR in 1996 and was admitted as an Attorney in 2009, specialising in Labour Law. She has represented countless clients at Arbitration, applications to the Labour Court, in an Initiator capacity on behalf of the Employer, and as an independent Chairperson at disciplinary enquiries.
Isa’s personal drive and passion for HR and the law, has seen her develop into an IR Lead, providing Employee Relations support and guidance to businesses. Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within various industry sectors, it followed that Isa registered her own firm in June 2022, Isa Vorster Attorneys, and she continues to specialise in all Labour Related and Employment Law matters. Isa has undertaken significant projects throughout her career and joins the team as a specialist in the IR field.
Chandré Grobler
Chandré has more than 15 years’ experience in HR and Recruitment, gained from various sectors, and with extensive experience in external and internal recruitment. She has an eye for spotting the perfect candidate from within a crowd.
Chandré obtained her Masters degree in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom, of which she is a Chartered member. She has work experience in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. Of all that is involved in people management, Chandré is always most passionate about recruiting and onboarding the perfect candidate for each role she comes across. Her time is spent working closely with both clients and candidates in the end-to-end recruitment process, understanding their recruitment needs and guiding them each step of the way.
